Probably the biggest movement for me was in music. Why? Because I embraced music. I listened to music sort of before, but I didn’t really take it in. I remember saying before it was my least favorite form of media I reviewed. Good God has that changed. I downloaded thousands of songs. A year ago I just started, and a year later I feel like I’ve grown a lot, and I also started my music reviews this year. Also, a lot of my favorite artists dropped projects this year such as Eminem, Tech N9ne, Hopsin, Bo Burnham, B.o.B. In fact a lot of artists this year dropped projects. From Katy Perry to Drake to Kesha to Bruno Mars to Robin Thicke to Daft Punk. But the culture of music itself had some changes. Billboard allowed Youtube videos, and music like PSY’s Gentlemen, The Harlem Shake, & What Does he Fox Say hit charts because of it. Macklemore & Ryan Lewis’ album from last year gained enough popularity and attention that their singles are still playing. Miley Cyrus happened, and that’s a Creative Topic by itself. But in short she went from a person somebody forgot about to the biggest name in music. All in all, music stormed my world, and I couldn’t be happier. From all the medias, I think this one had probably the biggest impact on my own life.
