Episode 107 Review (The Battle Begins: Naruto vs. Sasuke!)So we’re back in the village, and back in the normal plot line. Sasuke is still recovering from his injuries, and that’s when the pile of Naruto being better than him is piling on him. With Itachi, losing to Gaara, and the filler loss, he feels things aren’t going his way enough. And so he challenges Naruto to a fight on the roof, and Sakura is just watching with a big sad face. And meanwhile, Shikamaru is being awesome as usual. He’s been declared the only Chunin! Yes, Shikamaru Nara, best character! He’s celebrating, and he has a touching moment with Choji, and it’s kind of Choji’s moment too. And then how about that fight? Yes, Naruto and Sasuke fight, and it’s pretty cool. It ends with a Rasengan and Chidori about to clash with Sakura running down the middle. I was going to give this episode a seven, but it’s great, I can give it a low eight. I really did love it, it helped everyone, and moved the plot along. Good ass job, I’m psyched to see what I read in the manga come to life, and then what I’ve never seen before come to fruition. Good God this is going to be epic.
