Episode 24 Review (A New Dynasty)So episode twenty-four wraps up the little saga with Len’s uncle. His uncle continues beating them down, and it felt pretty hopeless. You ever fight a giant boss battle in a video game and just say to yourself, "How the fuck am I going to beat this?” Yeah, it was like that. But turns out as Len gets the upper hand in the name of friendship and all that crap that his uncle’s form was never like that, he was using the souls of his ancestor’s furyoku to transform him. So Len and his uncle fight, and it’s kind of a cease fire. Len’s new grandfather and mom show up, and they throw our heroes a feast. Yeah, a feast. There is back-story of why Len’s dad is such a brick, and in the end the whole family is kind of good guys. His dad at the very end gives him a ultra cool sword that was in the family, and ends on a epic shot and quote. To be honest, although I didn’t expect this ending for the little saga, I didn’t really want another bad guy turning good. The entire family has done a one-eighty, and I kind of just wanted to see Len kill his uncle, is that so wrong? But I still loved the episode, it was really good, just not as good as I wanted it to be.
