The fight between Faust and Yoh continues, and unfortunately it’s not the best fight ever. It’s kind of cool to watch, and we even get Faust’s back-story at one point which is a good improvement. But the whole fight Silva and his annoying animals are narrating everything, and I mean everything. Fuck his animals, and he’s not exactly great either. And Faust is all right, he definitely does a weird and unique attitude. But there seems to be new characters around every corner, and the execution seems off lately. And the fight seems like Amidamaru and Yoh, and just Yoh. This episode does however help the relationship between Yoh and Morty, as it really tells how Yoh actually finds something special in their friendship. Yoh has come a long way, he’s no longer the lax carefree guy, training hard for Shaman King does that, but I kind of think being lax gave more personality, and kind of wish he could somehow balance it a bit better, and even though I’m sure by the end it’ll be a big epic thing of how he overcame it, and still gets downtime, I just wish he had a little more attitude lately. Not that that has much to do with this episode. Throughout Yoh pretty much gets his ass kicked, and I like that, and I really didn’t know if he was going to win, and he doesn’t. He loses his first match, and right when you thought me might make it. But of course Faust tries to kill Yoh for insulting his dead wife. Silva and friends try and stop him, but in a epic finish someone else does, Len. I was also just thinking, "Hey, more Len and his sister,” but looks like they beat me to it. And it also looks by Len’s dialogue he will fight Yoh in the next match. And that is how you give a really good ending to a decent episode.
