So squad seven opens the scrolls which activate a summoning jutsu, and after they panic and throw it at the ground, Iruka Sensei emerges! He lays down the congratulations speech and tells them what the sign before meant. There’s also a little deep meaning part where he finally learns how powerful Naruto and the others are, and that they aren’t his students so he shouldn’t baby them. Then all twenty-one ninja from seven different teams come together in the room we’re going to be spending a lot of time in. The Third Hokage is there with all the teachers and the Third Hokage gives a long and kind of boring speech of how important the Chunin Exam is. He explains more of what we already know as that it is to show friendship and rivalry with other nations (there are a lot of reasons) But our episode ends with us being shown the third and most boring proctor of the exams. In the end the episode is just really mediocre and average. It’s slow and covers really little. It’s set the stage sure, but there still probably going to also do that in the next episode, and in that case squish the two episodes into one. Just a average episode and one, that isn’t really remembered.
