Episode 27 Review (Nimbus Speed)The hell is wrong with Nappa? You don’t tell a five year old that they should be proud and could be a mighty warrior one day and then kick them, that’s fucked up. So at the beginning of this episode the Z-warriors launch plan grab Nappa’s tail, which was a bigger fail than the last plan. Both of Piccolo’s plans didn’t work, didn’t stall, and then Piccolo is out cold from Nappa slamming his elbow down on him. Oh things look like they’re going to complete shit right about now. Then as the guys at home watch with annoyance at the lack of T.V. Chi-Chi decides to go commando. She whips out some guns she had convenient access to and is ready to shoot up some Saiyans. Unfortunately Ox-King won’t let her help out, and we’ll never get to see the funny moment when Chi-Chi kills Nappa. Anyway the fighting starts again, and Gohan after getting bitch smacked into a mountain is already down. So now all our hope is… Krillen. We’re doomed. He makes his Destructo Disk and flings it at Nappa. Vegeta ironically saves Nappa by telling him to watch out. After that Nappa is pissed, but right before he can kill Krillen Piccolo rises back up and shoots Nappa in the back before he can do anything. Then suddenly everybody can sense as Goku approaches, Vegeta even checks his scouter and a power level of 5000 is nearing. By then the Saiyans game changes, and they’re new goal is to head for Namek, as they realize all they need is a Namek to make the Dragonballs. So thus, Nappa can do whatever he wants. He charges Gohan first, going after kids is so easy after all. But after Gohan actually turns the tables on Nappa it gets real. He throws a big beam towards Gohan, and another big DBZ moment comes… but ends on a cliffhanger. CLIFFHANGERS!!!! Ultimately this episode was just good. Things are intense and all but compared to the other episodes around it, it kind of falls flat, but is defiantly prepares for something big.
