Episode 11 Review Episode 11 Review (Terror On Arlia)
Oh how Gohan is more and more looking like Kid Goku. The beginning of this episode I really like where Gohan collects food really quickly with his improved strength, then he sees that T-Rex that killed his friend in the last episode and he’s just fucking smiling. Like how many episodes ago was he running scared from that thing? But then he turned the table and started cooking the dinosaurs tail! I mean he made the dinosaur his bitch and he’s a little kid. But this episode has nothing to do with that, this episode has to do with Vegeta and Nappa on planet Arlia. The two give their real debute and land on the planet Arlia hoping to sell it. Soon they’re confronted and after easily surviving an attack are taken in. They purposely get taken in to basically have fun doing whatever on the planet. Through the entire episode they do not give a damn about anything! Fight hoards of guys? Don’t care! Fight giant monster, don’t care! BLOW UP THE PLANT, DON”T CARE! That’s right after awhile on the planet where Vegeta and Nappa actually stopped the bad guys because they were simply the ones pointing guns at them, they killed the bad guys, but then blow the planet up right before leaving like it was on their to do list. Another dark moment in DBZ history of how a nice little alien love reunion was about to happen, but no, the planet was blown to hell! Watching Vegeta and Nappa fighting and doing basically anything they want on the Planet Arlia was actually pretty entertaining, and I love how in the end they’re called heroes, but they care so little. And then Vegeta blowing up the planet was so bad ass in a twisted way, and it actually strikes a little more emotion than usual when watching DBZ. In the end this episode was pretty good, and a great way to help with Vegeta and Nappa’s character as well as add footage with Gohan and the others. I just feel bad for the bug people.
