 Episode 143 Review (Tonton! I’m Counting On You!)

And we are back again with some Naruto reviews! This time, we continue our filler voyage as Naruto and the leaf village fight Mizuki, his gang, and it’s a fight of tactics. Ultimately Shizune and her squad get wiped out, and nothing but the pig make it back to the village. (why the episode was named after the pig, I don’t know) So Naruto being Naruto goes out looking for a fight, and he meets up with Iruka, and what do you know it, they find Shizune. Until she transforms into Mizuki! *gasps!* And after that it ends shortly after, obviously saving the fight for the next episode. I will say this is going along faster, and I did like it. I felt engaged enough. Although I still am hardly entertained at this point. I will give it a strong two, but I can’t bring myself to say it was anything more than average. And why the fuck is it named after the pig!
