Daisy Lee: I remember the mission where you rescued Daisy being really fun, and when you were able to actually save her it felt really fulfilling. You were in the heart of chaos and you saved someone! She lives with a creepy dude on drugs, but you saved her!

Riley Brody: I remember the second Keith said Riley was dead I believed it. I was ready for revenge, and then I felt a huge switch as the guy I was suppose to torture was him! He looked so confused and I just wanted to be like, "It’s okay little bro I’ll get you out of here… hopefully!”

Dennis Rogers: Dennis is a very, ah unique character. He evolves from the friendly guy who had a sword in your face to a big part in my ending. I feel like he also has a big history and I like him enough to want to know what that is.

Hoyt: was made the main antagonist before Vaas’s character developed later in production, so I believe that’s why he’s not the main antagonist and Hoyt is. Don’t get me wrong, Hoyt a pretty cool villain, but he is just simply not up to Vaas level.

Liza: Liza is this high because of the emotion she brings. As Jason grows to the point where he might need to leave her behind, but you simply don’t want to, but as you see the cool character your becoming into you can’t help but think that might be what’s necessary, and in the end it’s why I saved her because I simply felt it I couldn’t forget my past.

Citra: Every scene Citra is in she seems to steal. For the moment she makes her appearance to where she plays a huge part in both endings, she is easily within the top three.

Jason Brody: At first I didn’t like Jason. He seemed winy and a little boring. BUT HELL NO! He grows into a total bad ass, and you see every step along of the way. He easily brings a huge amount of emotion in the game and has great character relationships with just about all the characters on this list.

Vaas: The face of Farcry 3, and also an easy pick for my favorite character in this list is Vaas. I love characters resolved around insanity, and Vaas clearly doesn’t get enough time for his great performance. He’s even been called the Joker of Farcry. Vaas is awesome, and everything from his voice to how he buried Mclovin in an Easter egg found in the game is awesome. He is what makes the game insane, and he’ll make you feel a little insane too, even if he has to spell out the definition of insanity.
