Episode 7 Review (A No-Rough-Stuff-Type Deal) Breaking Bad Episode 7 Review (A
No-Rough-Stuff-Type Deal)
"You look like Lex Luthor…” Dammit! Why couldn’t he have just
played him! It would have made this line so much cooler! Then there was,
"Nobody ever gets shot at Taco Cabeza.” He was on a roll. Speaking of rolls, a
lot happened in this episode. We got Marie stealing shit from stores, the deals
with Tuco escalating, and of course, we got the open house. First Tuco and Walt
arrange a deal, and basically they need to produce a lot more meth. But in order
for that, they need to steal a lot of methamphetamine. And that’s what they do
in a very hilarious/bad ass scene. (and if only they knew the future use of
these giant containers) Then yes, the open house. The first time I watched this
I might have shit my pants a tiny bit. Following that, yes, Tuco. Ah, don’t say
anything if you work for him. Unless, you know, you want to get punched to
death. He didn’t even raise his hands, he just accepted death. Anyway, I
thought this was great episode. If the series ended here, and we never got any
other season, I’d be pissed. But we did get more meth dealing adventures, and
this is like the classic part of Breaking Bad, the good old days if you will.
It was great to come back to, and close up the season. And with one season
down, we have four to go, expect my season review fairly soon. Then we can
follow our adventures of Lex Luthor and Need For Speed, and see where that
takes us.
