Oh, sad face, we’re coming close to the end. Only ten to go. Anyway, I think this is the beginning of the end. This episode goes back to Lyserg, a.k.a. dickhead. The X Laws are in a match against some of Zeke’s goons, and Silva has to stop it before they kill them. Then later they go after the men, but don’t bring Lyserg along because his guardian ghost Chloe is feeling doubt about what he’s doing. But Lyserg leaves on his own, and Chloe goes to Yoh and company to ask for help. They run to Lyserg’s aid, but without Chloe the X Laws need to save him. As Yoh and the others show up, the guys are saved. But then Yoh lays out the ultimate choice between good and evil, or semi-evil. And Lyserg chooses evil, and then does the most dick thing ever. They ask "What about Chloe?” And he’s just like, "I don’t want her anymore.” God, it’s like she’s a tool. Lyserg man, way better as a villain, even though he still bothers me. But he bothers me like a villain now, and that’s good. That was sad as shit when Chloe flew away in tears! And as the episode ends, you can tell it’s ABOUT TO GO DOWN. Oracle Bells aren’t working, the X Laws are going to some sacrificial cult thing on Yoh and friends to kill Zeke, there is a tension in the air, Zeke’s doing that damn smile all the time like he has nothing to fear, some crazy shit’s about to happen. I did hear a warning that the epilogue wasn’t really satisfying, but hey, it’s been a hell of a ride so far, and we’re about to enter the main event.
