Oh my God… a normal episode name. Yes… I mean… we’ve done it. You guys we’ve done it! And… wait of all episodes you call this one the Beat Within? Like, Naruto going Nine-Tails means nothing? Whatever man. All right, so as last time Drunk Lee is fighting Kimimaro Drunken Monkey Style. And yeah, he’s holding his own. That’s until Kimimaro steps up, and he starts using his bones to good use, and stalls long enough for Lee to finally sober up. Then the fight continues, and Lee is basically fucked, as Kimimaro’s bones don’t allow him to get a hit, that’s until someone comes to his rescue. By the way, that fight was bad ass, and had really good animation. It was all over the place, and I want Lee to get more drunk in the future. I want him to get alcohol poisoning by the end of the show, and no, it’s wrong of me to think that. Meanwhile Shikamaru is just grappling this chick, and can’t think of a way out. That is until someone comes to save the day just as he can’t hold out any longer. Meanwhile Kiba can’t hide in the river any longer, and ducks out behind a tree. But the two brothers out smart him as one wears his jacket to mask his scent and think it’s Kiba’s and so he gets right next to Kiba and goes for the killing blow, until somebody saves him. And the three people are Gaara, Temari, and Kankuro. Yeah, they’re back, and it’s epic. I like that Lee is now being SAVED by Gaara, as that’s weird as fuck. I’m just waiting for that awkward conversation when it’s all over. And yeah, good to see these guys back, even if just for a cliff hanger, and I can’t wait for the bad guys to get their asses kicked. Gaara vs. Kimimaro, who wouldn’t want that? And I like their new outfits, they’re pretty bad ass. All in all, a good episode, with some slow parts, but an ending that more than makes up for it.
