And it’s another session of guess who’s episode it is! Today on Shaman Chronicles, we hit two birds with one stone, as two characters are the theme. Yep, Morty even gets in episode and he’s partnered up with… Faust? Okay, kind of a weird pair, but they’ve interacted before at least. Anyway there this family of Shaman, and the mom reminds Morty of his lost mother, who he misses, and so he cares for her. And she has the same disease as Faust’s wife, but he’s reluctant to help. Then turns out Team Asakura will face the Shaman family, and Faust seems ready to take care of it. They fight, and he tricks them into overusing their furyoku, and losing. But turns out he did that so he wouldn’t harm them, and he tells them to go to his home to find the cure for their mother. So it all works out. In the end this made a cool little duo between Faust and Morty, which is kind of odd… but still good. It was to hit two birds with one stone, and maybe the future episodes will go similar. It was interesting and cool, I just kind of wish it helped Morty a little more, he’s kind of been side kicked since the beginning rather than being the friend.
