Naruto Volume 20 ReviewNaruto: Volume 20 Review 
Now that I’ve finished the twentieth volume of Naruto, I think I’ll be taking a Manga break. I’ve realized that they are sucking time out of my reading schedule, and I want to read Clockwork Angel, so this Manga will be the last I read for a while. I of course had to make that call right when I started with the reviews, but oh well. I was surprised just how much the story shifted in this Manga from the last, as now the fifth Hokage, and other things on your mind are now gone, and it focuses back on characters like Sasuke, and tells you what’s been going on in the leaf village. I loved the roundup scenes where it went from character to character, telling the reader what everyone has been up to since the result of Orochimaru’s attack. I won’t go into detail, but I will say it makes every character just a little bit better. In fact, this whole volume seems to work on two things: one, set in motion a act I know will happen, but am excited about because I don’t know much about it. And two: work on charter development. Sasuke and Lee were the ones who were mostly developed in this one, and for obvious reasons. I kind of felt the Lee and Guy conversation dragged on a bit, but I guess for how emotional it was suppose to be it deserved the time length. I thought this volume started really strong, and kept up with it, but then worked more on trying to build up the future. Not as good as the last volume, but I can’t knock a character development based volume either.  Naruto: Volume 20 gets a 3/5
Spoilers: For parts I really loved, I just really liked the moment where it told the readers Shikimaru (I know I probably didn’t spell it right) became a chunin. Of course the small part where Sasuke and Naruto fought was good, but I think I liked where Kakashi spoke with Sasuke even more. I’m not really excited anymore like I was last time, I’m more curios, and it’s unfortunate this had to be the moment I decided to take a break from the series. But soon I will read Clockwork Angel, and then get back.
